　こういう記事を見る度に、ダメだよなー。と思うわけですよ。
　とにかく「ケチろう」という、経理の人の考え方。（記事では総務の人だな。）
　あのポジションの人たちは、自分で稼げないから無駄遣いを減らす方にしか意識が行かないんですよ。
　そんでもねー会社なんだから、本来「稼ごう」を主軸で考えるべきだと思いますよ。
　必須なものなのに、経理がハンコ押さなくて実作業が１０日滞ったりするバカな事って、わりとあるわけで。その損失はいくらだよ！？みたいな。

　もちろん、バカ営業や、アホ開発の言うままに無駄金使ってて良い訳じゃない。それぞれの部署がそれぞれの意見でバランスよく綱引きしてるべきだと思います。
　でも不景気だと、稼げないから、どんどん経理の言い分が強くなるんですよ。もともと稼いでない部署だから稼げない言い訳は不要だし。
　株主もねー。物凄くリストラを評価するでしょ。人を減らせばその分固定費が減るから儲かるって。
　減った人の分の仕事を、残った人がやるんだから、色んな弊害でますよ。でも気にしない。

　モチベーションが下がったら、もうそれは何モノにも替えれないんだけどね。
